EVT is seeking a Sous Chef on the Gold Coast to coordinate food production for our banquet and function kitchen, driving day-to-day operations and leading the kitchen team to meet high culinary standards.

You will work with the Executive Chef and F&B; leaders on restaurant and banquet functions, while managing food and labour costs and ensuring safety and quality across all service periods.
