We aren't interested in simply processing properties. We want our Property Managers to build relationships, communicate proactively, solve problems and genuinely care about the outcome for our clients.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio while working closely with our wider property management team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Providing proactive and regular communication to clients
- Managing maintenance and repairs through to completion
- Coordinating with our established network of trades and contractors
- Managing lease renewals and day-to-day tenancy matters
- Managing arrears and tenancy compliance
- Organising, managing and conducting routine inspections
- Planning inspection runs efficiently around your schedule
- Completing thorough and accurate Entry and Exit Condition Reports
- Assisting with leasing and rental open homes when required
- Managing issues as they arise with a calm and solutions-focused approach
- Working closely with and reporting to the Principals and Senior Property Manager

There are no trust account responsibilities required as part of this role.

Who We're Looking For

More than anything,



we're looking for someone who genuinely cares about the service they provide, takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that does things properly.

Property management or broader real estate experience will be highly regarded. We are also prepared to consider someone with strong real estate administration and customer service experience who has the right attitude, capability and desire to take the next step into property management.

The right person will have:

- A current QLD Real Estate Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
- A current driver's licence
- A strong work ethic and proactive, can-do attitude
- Confidence and the ability to take ownership of their responsibilities
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine commitment to client care
- Strong attention to detail
- A calm, practical and solutions-focused approach to problems and conflict
- Respect for systems, processes and procedures
- A high level of integrity and professionalism
- The ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive team
- A professional and well-presented manner

The Details

Full-time position
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 5:00pm
Kirwan, Townsville
Company vehicle available during office hours
No regular Saturday roster
No trust account responsibilities
