This role would suit someone creative and ambitious who wants the freedom to put their own ideas into action and grow alongside an expanding Melbourne brand. You'll work closely with The Lorri team but have plenty of opportunity to take ownership of our social media presence and help shape where the brand goes next.

Key responsibilities

- Managing The Lorri's Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms
- Planning and maintaining a consistent social media content calendar
- Filming and editing Reels, TikToks, stories and other short-form content
- Regularly visiting our stores to capture fresh content
- Creating engaging content around our food, team, stores, launches and events
- Keeping up with current trends, sounds and content styles and adapting them to The Lorri
- Reaching out to influencers and content creators for collaborations
- Building and maintaining relationships with influencers and local creators
- Organising influencer visits,



gifting and promotional opportunities
- Brainstorming marketing campaigns, giveaways, activations and collaborations

About you

- Loves social media and genuinely understands TikTok and Instagram
- Has a outstanding eye for content and branding
- Is confident filming and editing short-form video
- Can create content that feels natural, fun and current rather than overly corporate
- Is organised and able to manage their own schedule and content calendar
- Is proactive — brings ideas rather than needing to be told what to post every day
- Is confident reaching out to influencers, creators and potential brand partners
- Understands current social trends and what makes people stop scrolling
- Is comfortable working both independently and with our store teams
