Some clinics need someone to keep the lights on. We need someone to help us grow. Third Harmony Therapy Services is a multidisciplinary allied health and mental health clinic in Richlands, serving families across Brisbane's southwest. You'll be the Practice Administrator—the first person our clients meet and the one who keeps the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a hands-on role. As the practice expands, so does your role.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome clients and families with warmth and professionalism
- Manage bookings, intake and referrals through our practice management system (Zanda)
- Be the go-to contact for clients, referrers, support coordinators and GPs
- Keep practitioner diaries full and well balanced
- Handle invoicing, claiming and reconciliation across NDIS, WorkCover, Medicare and private funding
- Support the directors with compliance, privacy and record keeping
- Coordinate day-to-day admin, supplies and rostering
- Spot what could run better, and help make it happen

About you

- Experience in healthcare admin, ideally allied health, mental health or NDIS




- Working knowledge of NDIS and Medicare billing (WorkCover is a bonus)
- A calm, organised and caring approach, especially with children and families
- Confidence with practice software and a willingness to learn current systems
- Discretion and sound judgement with sensitive information
- Interest in stepping up into a practice management role over time
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check are required, or you must be willing to obtain them
