As Participant Recruitment Specialist, you are tasked with the crucial responsibility of recruiting healthy volunteers to participate in medication, vaccine, and medical device clinical trials. As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate with leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies, contributing to the successful introduction of cutting-edge medications to the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Participant Outreach: Engage with potential clinical trial participants to assess their interest and involvement, serving as a vital link between patients and groundbreaking medical advancements.

Recruitment Target Achievement: Thrive in a goal-oriented environment, meeting and exceeding recruitment targets across all clinical trials.

Marketing Material Development: Utilize creative skills to craft compelling marketing materials and engaging social media advertisements tailored for each unique clinical trial.

Participant Booking Management: Oversee the management of participant bookings, ensuring a seamless and organized process.

Client Interaction: Act as the primary contact for our clients in all participant recruitment matters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the process.

KPIs : Meet targets for recruitment on all clinical trials.
