About the Opportunity:

The Client Support Officer provides high-quality administrative, operational and customer service support across the Early Learning portfolio. The role supports the effective delivery of Early Learning services through the coordination of family engagement activities, administration, compliance support, business system management, and operational reporting.

Working closely with the Executive Director, Early Years Director, Operations Manager, Centre Directors and other stakeholders, the Client Support Officer assists in the smooth operation of services by ensuring accurate information management,



effective communication, and the timely escalation of operational matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support across the Early Learning portfolio, including inbox coordination, correspondence management, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support compliance and governance requirements by maintaining documentation, records, and reporting obligations.
- Identify, elevate, and assist in addressing compliance risks, regulatory concerns, and areas requiring corrective action to support service quality and compliance.
- Manage family enquiries, waitlists, and enrolment leads, providing responsive customer service and accurate information to prospective families.
- Coordinate centre tours and support enrolment processes, helping to deliver a positive family experience and maximise service occupancy.
- Support the administration and optimisation of CRM systems, while assisting Centre Directors with system processes and reporting.
- Provide financial administration support, including invoice processing, financial data reconciliation, and assisting with operational and financial reporting.
- Complete monthly audits of service rosters against approved budgets and provide findings and recommendations to the Executive team.
- Monitor and elevate operational issues promptly to appropriate stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor and report on maintenance requests, work orders, and compliance requirements,



supporting the effective use of maintenance management systems and continuous service improvement.
- Build robust working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support effective service delivery.

About You

- You hold aCertificate III in Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- An ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care is desirable.
- You demonstrate a robust commitment to safeguarding children and upholding their safety and wellbeing at all times.
- You demonstrate experience in administration, customer service, business support, or similar roles.
- You possess strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- You demonstrate experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and business administration software.
- You have experience supporting senior leaders and stakeholders.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have experience managing confidential information, exercising sound judgement, and maintaining accurate records.
- You are committed to Anglicare’s mission and values of integrity, inclusiveness, dignity, and compassion.
- You have a current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card - ACT and Working with Children Check - NSW.
- You have a valid Driver Licence.
- You have current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain.
- You have completed the foundation modules of the National Child Safety Training provided by the Australian Centre for Child Protection (prior to employment)
