BTB Kirribilli is seeking an experienced chef to join our team. Our kitchen is highly innovative and places excellent importance on seasonal produce as well as the use of local and native ingredients. With a rotating menu every 3 months, we are looking for applicants who are interested in working in a collaborative environment aiming to elevate breakfast and lunch dining.
Key responsibilities
- Work with seasonal produce and local and native ingredients
- Contribute to menu development with a rotating menu every 3 months
- Work in a collaborative kitchen environment
- Maintain professional standards and punctuality
About you
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Weekend availability is a must
- Valid Australian work rights or an appropriate work visa is required
- Professional and punctual
