- Erect scaffolding safely and efficiently
- Alter and dismantle scaffolds without compromising safety
- Inspect scaffolds and complete the required inspection checklists
- Support the planning and preparation of scaffold works
- Keep job documentation accurate and complete
- Contribute to a positive team culture while working safely
- Show a robust commitment to workplace health and safety
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Advanced Scaffolder role
- Proven practical experience on scaffolds, beyond simply holding a recently obtained Advanced Scaffolding ticket
- Current Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence
- Construction White Card held
- Strong working knowledge of the Australian Standards for scaffolding
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical
- Able to pass ongoing drug and alcohol screening
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current Working at Heights, which is essential
- Living in Geraldton or prepared to move or travel to Geraldton for work
- Current National Criminal History Check, which is essential
