Purpose:
The Short Order Cook supports the effective, safe, andcustomer‑focused operation of the DSAC Café by preparing high‑quality short‑ordermenu items, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring fast service duringpeak periods. The role contributes directly to customer satisfaction, venuereputation, and smooth daily operations.

Mandatory and Highly Desirable Qualifications and Licences:
To be successful you will need to demonstrate that you meet the below mandatory requirements for the role:
- Current C (Car) Class Driver Licence
- CPR certification (optional but beneficial)
- Coveringletter stating why you are interested in the position.
