Crowne Plaza Melbourne Carlton is seeking a Commis Chef to join a busy kitchen team. The role supports breakfast, lunch and dinner service, and assists with menu items while ensuring quality and consistency across dishes.

You will help manage portions, maintain kitchen hygiene and work with other departments to satisfy guest dietary needs. This is a hands-on role in a premier hotel workplace.
