This permanent full time role involves engaging with customers in person and by phone to uncover financial needs, applying product knowledge to help them reach their goals, and referring customers to Home Loans and Business Banking.

You will coach customers on digital banking, meet sales and referral targets, and contribute to a supportive team culture.
