We’re looking for a Field Visual Merchandiser to join our Visual Merchandising team at Kathmandu. In this field-based role, you’ll deliver strong visual standards across a designated network of stores, bringing campaigns, seasonal launches and product stories to life.

Working closely with Store Managers, Regional Managers, Buying teams and the National Visual Merchandising Manager, you’ll be the key link between our Support Office and stores. You’ll provide practical visual direction, coach store teams and identify opportunities to improve presentation, customer experience and commercial performance.

This role involves regular travel between stores, including extensive driving and overnight stays where required.

As our Field Visual Merchandiser , you’ll execute and maintain visual merchandising standards across your designated store network.

You’ll use your visual merchandising expertise and commercial understanding to create engaging store environments, improve product visibility and help store teams deliver a consistent Kathmandu experience.

You will:

- Execute seasonal launches, promotional campaigns and visual merchandising directives across assigned stores.
- Ensure brand presentation standards and visual guidelines are consistently delivered.
- Create engaging and commercially focused displays that support product storytelling and sell-through.
- Style windows, mannequins, focal points and feature areas in line with current campaigns.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use sales performance and stock insights to inform merchandising recommendations.
- Partner with Store Managers to optimise store layout,



product presentation and visual effectiveness.
- Coach store teams on visual merchandising standards, styling principles and best practice.
- Provide clear, practical and constructive feedback to store leadership teams.
- Support new store openings, relocations, refits and store refresh projects.
- Maintain accurate store visit records, photographs, reports and action plans.
- Build strong relationships across Retail Operations, Buying and Regional Leadership teams.
- Travel regularly throughout the designated region, including overnight stays when required.

What We’re Looking For…

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

- Have previous visual merchandising experience within a retail environment.
- Understand visual merchandising principles and how store presentation supports customer engagement and sales.
- Can confidently interpret and execute visual guidelines.
- Have strong commercial awareness and can use sales and stock insights to inform decisions.
- Are confident coaching, influencing and building capability within store teams.
- Have excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.
- Can work independently while managing multiple stores and competing priorities.
- Are adaptable, solutions-focused and comfortable working in a quick-paced retail environment.
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Have intermediate Microsoft Office skills and confidence using retail reporting tools.
- Hold a current driver’s licence and are willing to undertake extensive driving, frequent regional travel.
