The Role:
We are looking for motivated MR Drivers who enjoy being active, working independently and providing great customer service.
This is more than a driving role. You'll be delivering beverage products to retail stores and customer sites across Melbourne, with regular manual unloading of stock at each delivery point. If you prefer being on the move rather than sitting behind the wheel all day, this could be the perfect role for you.
Hours:
Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00am to 2:00pm

What you’ll do:
- Complete multi-drop deliveries to retail stores and customer locations across Melbourne
- Safely unload beverage products at each delivery point using appropriate manual handling techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with store teams
- Conduct pre-start vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery records
- Ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately and on time
- Follow all safety, compliance and chain of responsibility requirements
- Represent DHL professionally while on the road and at customer sites
What you’ll bring:
- Current and valid MR or HR licence
- A strong work ethic and willingness to be hands-on throughout the day
- Physical fitness and ability to frequently lift, move and unload products up to 20kg
- Experience in multi-drop delivery, beverage, retail or foodservice distribution highly regarded
- Good time management and ability to work independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and protected manual handling practices
- Ability to provide a recent Driving Record and successfully complete pre-employment checks
