HammondCare Cardiff is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a part-time clinical role at our dementia-specific residential care home. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, relationship-based care for residents living with dementia.

Applicants should hold current AHPRA registration, have 2–3 years' aged care experience, and demonstrate empathy, solid communication, and a commitment to person-centred care.
