BlueCare in Lawnton, Queensland is seeking a Maintenance and Grounds Officer for a permanent full-time position (Mon-Fri). The role involves gardening, lawn care, and upkeep of plant and equipment to create a protected and pleasant environment for aged care residents, staff and visitors.

The successful candidate will bring IT proficiency, strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach within a state-wide facilities and maintenance network.
