Campos Coffee Roaster role, based at Campos HQ in Banksmeadow, Sydney, involves daily roasting to schedule and maintaining quality. Shifts run Monday–Friday, with adaptable start times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and finish around 4:00 PM–5:00 PM as required, with occasional paid overtime.

You will operate roasting equipment, ensure consistent sensory profiles, and collaborate with teams to meet timelines while minimising wastage and adhering to safety/quality standards.
