International Wholesale Supply Company, a market leader in abrasive products for commercial and industrial applications, is seeking a full-time warehouse/internal salesperson to join our Queensland warehouse team.

Based in Yatala, this warehouse stores and distributes the majority of products for our Queensland customer base.

Reporting to the QLD Sales Manager, this role is predominantly receiving incoming phone calls in relation to order inquiry and processing, process orders by e-mail, picking, checking, and packing of orders, including freight details, customer complaints, service, delivery, and product, support sales representatives with maintaining and increasing sales and logistics, credit-related issues, non-payment of the account and credits of goods, stock control, incoming freight, transport, unloading, loading, putting stock away after cross-reference to paperwork, cyclic counts, best-before dates management, and stock take, warehouse management, warehouse and office supplies ordering, forklift maintenance and recording, internal warehouse fittings service, exit lights and extinguishers, and waste collection. Signing off warehouse costs in invoices related to transport costs and other services. Arranging quotations and purchase orders for services when required,



Maintain the warehouse and keep the workplace safe, secure, and tidy, General maintenance and care property.

As part of a small team, you must have a “can do” attitude and be capable of working unsupervised at times.

A valuable phone manner and an understanding of, or willingness to learn, the basics of the product range are essential, as you will be expected to assist with inbound customer sales and stock inquiries and liaise with external sales staff. Full training, including product training, will be provided.

You should be computer literate. Previous experience using SAP ERP or similar systems for order processing and stock control in a warehouse environment will be highly regarded.

A forklift license is preferred, and previous experience in a warehousing-type environment is looked upon favourably.
