Caffe Ducale will open a brand-new espresso bar in Chadstone, Melbourne, offering dine-in and take-away high-volume coffee and fresh roasted beans. The Head Barista/2IC will lead the espresso bar, train staff, and support the Café Manager in daily operations.

Ideal candidates have senior barista experience, robust latte art, and a customer-first approach. Availability across December, including weekends and peak trade, is essential.
