Nando’s Melbourne is seeking a agile Restaurant Leader to oversee daily operations, drive a fast-paced service, and motivate a diverse team. You’ll ensure a welcoming atmosphere, maintain high energy on the floor, and deliver the distinctive Nando’s experience to guests.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, optimizing shift performance, and collaborating with management to grow the business. Weekend rosters with no overnights and a structured onboarding are provided.
