About the Role:

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for executing EHPlabs' social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube to drive brand awareness, engagement and community growth.

This role sits at the heart of our online community. You will create compelling, on-brand content, manage daily social activity, and build a loyal following around one of the leading brands in fitness and wellness.

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you will turn trends into content, content into conversation, and conversation into community.

Success in this role means content that stops the scroll, a community that keeps growing, and data that proves it.

Responsibilities:

- Content Strategy + Scheduling : With guidance from the Social Media Manager, you will execute a social strategy for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube that aligns with our brand's voice, tone, and objectives. Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.
- Content Creation : Create engaging and creative social posts that resonate with the target audience and stay updated with trends.
- Community Engagement : Foster and maintain an active community of followers by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with our social media audience.
- Audience Growth : Implement strategies to increase the brand's follower count and engagement rate on all social channels.
- Trend Monitoring : Stay up-to-date with social trends, challenges, and hashtags, and incorporate them into content when relevant.
- Data Analysis : Monitor analytics to assess the performance of content and make data-driven decisions for optimization across channels.
- Collaborations :



Identify and negotiate partnerships with influencers and creators to amplify the brand's reach.
- Cross-Promotion : Collaborate with other social media platforms to promote social content and engage with a wider audience.
- Monitoring Comments and Feedback : Keep a watchful eye on comments and feedback, addressing any negative comments or issues promptly and professionally; creation of reports to share with wider team.
- Performance Reports : Generate regular reports on social performance, outlining key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Audience Feedback Integration : Use feedback from our community to refine content and social strategies.
- Creativity and Innovation : Continually explore new creative approaches and formats to keep the brand's social presence fresh and engaging.

About you:

- 1-2 years proven experience in social media management, TikTok campaigns and understanding data tied to campaigns.
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for identifying trends and opportunities.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills
