The Opportunity
Support people operations for an infrastructure delivery team in Albion. This is a maximum-term parental-leave-cover opportunity with an expected duration of at least 12 months.
Your Work
- Coordinate training, compliance and employee-development activities.
- Administer graduate and undergraduate recruitment, rotations and development programmes.
- Support inductions, workforce planning and mobilisation and demobilisation.
- Maintain accurate records across onboarding, offboarding, probation and payroll administration.
- Prepare workforce reporting and support recognition programmes and people-team projects.

Education and Requirements
- Human resources, business or related qualification and experience in a people, HR coordination or graduate-programme role.
- Understanding of recruitment, onboarding, development and the broader employee lifecycle.
- Strong organisation, data accuracy and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Effective relationships, discretion with confidential information and a customer-focused approach.
