Barwon Health is seeking a Health Care Worker for Blakiston Lodge Oak to deliver high-quality care within the Specialist Dementia Care Program (SDCP). You will support residents with very severe behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia, ensuring safety, dignity and wellbeing throughout all care stages.

You will work as part of a team, following resident care plans, adapting care delivery to changing needs, and contributing to system improvements to enhance care and service delivery for
