We are expandingour team and looking fora passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator or Trainee to join our dynamic team located at Cronulla.

Essential Criteria: As a successful applicant you must hold a (ACECQA approved)in Early Childhood education Diploma or Cert 3 Children's Services or willing to obtain.

- Genuine passiontowardsearly childhood education
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificationor willing to obtain
- Completed approved child protection training
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of current Early Childhood theories and practice
- Demonstrated knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
- Experience delivering high quality and inclusive learning programs.
- Team leadership skills, including the ability to effectively mentor and supervise a team
- Strong commitment to your own professional learning
- Demonstrated commitment to child safety,



safeguarding practices and upholding the principle that the wellbeing of children is paramount
