We are continuing to expand our audit portfolio and are on the lookout for an Undergraduate or Graduate Accountant to join our team in Birtinya.

Reporting directly to our Audit Director, your primary responsibility will be to work on a broad range of audit assignments relating to a wide and varied group of clients including RSL clubs, sporting clubs, community groups, public companies and various other privately owned organisations.

Our philosophy with audit is to assist clients to constantly maintain and improve their internal control systems to complement the extent and nature of any audit service we provide. In doing so, it assists with the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit process and provides the client with a level of assurance of accountabilityand record keeping and which assists with the effective running of the business/organisation.

This position requires an inquisitive mind with a willingness to develop a deep understanding of financial statements and audit procedures, rules and regulations. We pride ourselves on having a strong customer focus whilst still maintaining an independent relationship.

The Location

Based in Birtinya, we are across the street from Lake Kawana,



which provides a perfect backdrop for a stroll or a lunch run.

What you will bring to the team:

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Commerce (undertaking or complete);
- Knowledge of auditing standards in Australia and other applicable legislation highly desirable but not essential;
- We take great pride in the work we produce for clients and we want you to think that way too! So you must have an eye for detail;
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills is an absolute must;
- Ambition to succeed and be able to work autonomously with a excellent work ethic;
