As StewardingSupervisor , you would be responsible for coordinating and supervisingall activities that are related with our cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchenand restaurant supplies. The StewardingSupervisor ensures a superior standard for all flatware, tableware and kitchenequipment in support of our Culinary and Banquets teams.

WhatYou’ll Do

- Assist in supervising the stewarding teamin various kitchen areas, championing overall cleanliness, sanitation andcompliance with hotel and local health regulations including HACCP
- Work closely with chefs to ensure allset ups are prepared in time and to the required set up,
- Onboard and track training progress ofstewarding colleagues according to the service standards required.
- Perform tasks in a safe and efficientmanner to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, productivity and service.
- Work collaboratively within a friendly,fast paced, professional environment.

WhatYou’ll Bring

- Experience in a similar role, or a previousrole committed to hygiene and cleanliness,
- Previous supervisory or leadershipexperience,
- Technical ability,



and a wiliness andcapacity to adapt to new systems,
- Proven ability to work in a highpressure and fast-paced environment
- An eye for detail and personal presentation
- Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills
