Are you an experienced retail leader who loves creating a great customer experience and building a high-performing team? healthSAVE Lowood Pharmacy is looking for an enthusiastic and motivatedRetail Managerto join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day retail operations of our pharmacy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail, people and customer service, and who wants to make a real impact within a community-focused pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a retail team to deliver outstanding customer service

Oversee daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and stock management

Manage staff rostering, training, and performance management

Ensure the store is visually appealing, clean, and well-organised

Drive sales growth through promotions, customer engagement, and team leadership





Collaborate with the Pharmacist Manager to align business goals and ensure a seamless customer experience

Foster a positive work culture and create a supportive environment for the team

Skills and experience:

Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in pharmacy

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment

Experience with stock management, merchandising, and achieving sales targets

A positive attitude and commitment to promoting health and wellness
