Mulford is a trusted name in the building industry, and we're currently looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our fibreglass manufacturing team in Dandenong South .

Your Role Will Involve:

- Operating production machinery to manufacture high-quality fibreglass roofing sheets
- Performing quality checks to ensure finished product meets specifications
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workspace
- Supporting general production and warehouse duties as needed

About You:

You're dependable, punctual, and take pride in your work

A team player with a positive attitude





Willing to learn new skills, including how to safely use saws and other tools

Comfortable working independently and using initiative

Physically fit – able to lift and carry long sheets (up to 20kg)

Forklift licence a bonus (not essential)

Must have FULL working rights in Australia

Minimum of 1+ years experience in manufacturing or production environment required

This is a hands-on manufacturing environment with all required PPE is provided, safety levels are continuously monitored.
