Working both in a supportive team setting and independently, you will be responsible for maintaining premium clients' properties to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities
- Utilizing hedge trimmers, brush cutters, and edgers to maintain clean presentation lines
- Executing general lawn care maintenance and operating a backpack sprayer for weed control
- Conducting regular rubbish collection, site clean-ups, and debris removal
- Performing tasks in strict accordance with business guidelines and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S;) Regulations
About you
Prior experience in gardening, grounds keeping, or horticulture is highly preferred
A valid Australian Driver's License is essential
Confident, safe handling of ride-on mowers, all equipment and chemical backpack sprayers
Punctual, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail
Great communication skills and the ability to follow specific work instructions accurately
Valid,
unrestricted working rights in Australia
Capable of passing reference checks
