With continued growth across our Guildford and Bass Hill locations, we are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoys working in a professional, patient‑focused environment.
About the Role
This is more than a front desk role, you will be an important part of each patient's journey and often the first impression of our clinic .
Working alongside a collaborative and supportive team, you will play an integral role in ensuring every patient interaction reflects the high standards we are known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm, professional, and polished welcome to all patients
- Managing appointments, scheduling, and patient flow
- Responding to telephone and in‑person enquiries with professionalism and care
- Accurately entering and maintaining patient information
- Reviewing referrals and assisting with patient preparation requirements
- Assisting with Medicare, billing and general administrative enquiries
- Supporting the day‑to‑day operations of a busy radiology practice

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, warmth and attention to detail and who genuinely enjoys helping patients.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in radiology, medical imaging or specialist medical setting (highly regarded)
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Solid organisational and time‑management skills
- The ability to confidently manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
- A compassionate, patient‑first mindset
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Full working rights in Australia
Previous radiology experience will be highly regarded; however, candidates with reception experience are also encouraged to apply.
