About the Role
As a Town Planner at PPLAN, you'll play a key role in managing projects and delivering exceptional planning outcomes for our clients. This is a great opportunity for a motivated planner who enjoys autonomy, values teamwork, and is passionate about development and planning.
- Providing planning advice, guidance, and fee proposals to clients
- Preparing, lodging, and managing Development Applications with local councils and State agencies
- Coordinating planning projects from initial enquiry through to approval
- Managing client communications and consultant interactions
- Undertaking administrative tasks associated with consultancy services
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Energetic, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Highly motivated and organised
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
- An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Passionate about planning and development
- Tertiary qualification in Town Planning (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar planning role
- Current driver's licence
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
