Noumi is seeking a Production Operator to join our rapid-paced food manufacturing team in Sydney. You will operate and monitor batching and mixing systems, weigh ingredients to precise recipes, and ensure products meet safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring experience in FMCG manufacturing, understand food safety requirements, and are detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset. Forklift licensing is desirable, and collaboration with Operations, Quality and Engineering
