The Langham, Gold Coast is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to coordinate and supervise cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and restaurant supplies. You will maintain high standards for flatware, tableware and equipment in support of Culinary and Banquets teams.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while adhering to HACCP and safety regulations.
