The Role: Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. This posting is specifically for our home in Umina Beach.
What You'll Bring:
We are looking for candidates who embody CPA values, are client-focused in their approach to care, and are passionate about the prospect to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities.

- Professional Behaviour
- Support experience or lived experience preferred, however your passion & enthusiasm is key!
- NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 or above)
- Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers
- Availability across a variety of shift times, including:
- Early mornings (6am - 9am)
- Day shifts (9am - 3/4pm)
- Afternoons & evenings
- Awake overnights (10pm-6am)
Your day‑to‑day may include:
- Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines
- Encouraging skill‑building,
independence, and decision‑making
- Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans & in your own vehicle)
- Following person‑centred plans with empathy and professionalism
- Building positive relationships with our clients
