We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and relationship-focused Enrolments and Relationships Officer to join our team on a fixed-term full-time (12-month contract) basis.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting the College’s enrolment journey, volunteer programs and community engagement initiatives. Working closely with the Enrolments and Relationships Manager, prospective families, alumni, volunteers and community stakeholders, you will help create positive experiences that strengthen connections with our College community and contribute to future enrolment growth.

Your Role as an Enrolments and Relationships Officer:

- Manage enrolment enquiries and supporting prospective families throughout the enrolment journey
- Coordinate enrolment administration, interviews, student records and follow-up communications
- Conduct College tours and assisting with enrolment and community events, including Open Day and Orientation programs
- Maintain enrolment databases and preparing data and reports to support strategic decision‑making
- Support the development of enrolment and promotional content across a range of communication channels
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current families, alumni, local schools, businesses, sporting clubs and other community stakeholders
- Coordinate the College volunteer program, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance and ongoing engagement
- Support marketing, communications and community engagement initiatives that promote the College and strengthen stakeholder relationships

About You:

You bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a proactive approach with:

- Experience in Administration within a school environment; desirable
- Experience in using TASS (school system database) and Digistorm Funnel software; highly regarded




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Exceptional relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage positively with prospective families, volunteers, alumni and the wider Iona College community
- Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy, together with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Exemplary professional conduct
- Commitment to supporting the values of Catholic education
- Current paid Queensland Working with Children Blue Card or eligibility to apply
