Hope and Change is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our Brisbane South team. We provide care across southern suburbs and offer permanent hours on a rotating roster, with opportunities for both part time and full-time roles.

You will support people with complex care needs in home and community settings, focusing on dignity, safety, and person-centred outcomes, with clinically informed guidance and ongoing training.
