Lox in a Box in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Manager to work with the Venue Manager, run the floor day to day, and step up to lead when they are off.

You will coach the team, maintain service and coffee standards, handle rostering, cash handling and end-of-day reporting, and help drive wages targets while keeping our generous hospitality warm and fun.

Daytime hours with evenings free, staff meals on shift, and transparent pathways into future venue management.
