Purchasing & administration - Industry Kitchens - Lilydale

Industry Kitchens is a commercial kitchen equipment supplier based in Lilydale less than 20 minutes from Ringwood.

Our business is growing and we are looking to expand our team. We are looking for a full time team member that is available to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm onsite at our office/warehouse. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and attributes:

Working in our order processing department you will be processing sales and online orders, ensuring timely dispatch of customer orders.

The ability to work closely with the team and support the sales team and management where required.

Able to multitask and work efficiently in what can be a fast paced setting

Experience with freight and logistics a plus

Must have at least 2 years experience in similar office based role





The ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers via phone and email.

Your role will included but is not limited to assisting customers via phone and email, inbound emails from suppliers and customers, keeping notes in our systems up to date and order processing.

Remuneration will be based on experience, we will offer an attractive salary to the right candidate. Immediate start available.
