About the Position
Currently an prospect exists for a Recruitment Coordinator to support the busy residential building job portfolio. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing all internal phone calls
- Telephone screening applicants and shortlisting resumes
- Maintaining CRM system
- Coordinating interviews and reference checking
- Managing internal meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Managing company brand marketing on Linkedin
- Other administration and sales support tasks
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 5 years Administration/Customer Service or Recruitment experience
- Experience in a Recruitment support role advantageous however not essential
- A can do attitude towards your work
- Honesty and a high level of integrity
- An ability to multi task and prioritise work load
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent presentation
- Happy to work in a small high performance team
