Turnaround Staffing are looking for an experienced Chef with strong knowledge of Filipino cuisine to join our client's busy food production team in Tullamarine!

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a commercial kitchen and has genuine experience preparing authentic Filipino dishes and flavours.

THE ROLE:

- Preparing and cooking Filipino cuisine
- High-volume food preparation & production
- Following recipes, portioning and presentation standards
- Maintaining food quality and consistency
- Working to strict food safety & hygiene standards
- Keeping your kitchen and work areas clean and organised
- Working as part of a fast-paced production team

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

- Has previous experience cooking Filipino cuisine




- Has commercial kitchen or high-volume catering experience
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Has excellent food safety & hygiene knowledge
- Is reliable, organised and a outstanding team player
- Takes pride in producing quality food

Experience in airline catering, large-scale food production or high-volume commercial kitchens would be a huge bonus!
