About the Roles:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef, to join our dynamic team at a celebrated modern gastropub. As a Chef in our team, you will play a crucial role in the day-to‑day operations of our kitchen, ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

Both full time & casual positions available.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of kitchen operations from prep to plating and everything in between. Execute menus that celebrate Great British cuisine. Ensure high standards in food quality, presentation, and efficiency. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control in alignment with business goals. Collaborate with head chef and FOH to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Showcasinga proven track record of leading by example, and a passion to deliver quality food consistently, the right Chef will:

Lead, guide and inspire a team of professionals to deliver an exceptional guest experience and further develop the business.





Bepassionate about what you do, innovative and experienced.

Deliver high quality dishes, consistently well, in a fast‑paced, busy environment.

Work fast, clean and able to motivate the team through leading by example.

Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus.

Demonstrate solid organisation skills, strong ability to follow and implement systems and ability to manage a team
