What You Will Be Doing

- Supporting the Site Systems and Training Team with daily administrative tasks
- Maintaining employee training records and competency documentation
- Scheduling training courses, inductions, and refresher programs
- Assisting with onboarding requirements for employees and contractors
- Monitoring compliance within site training management systems
- Preparing training reports and workforce competency records
- Liaising with site departments, trainers, and supervisors to coordinate training activities
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records in accordance with site requirements

What You Will Need

- Previous administration experience in a mining, training, or industrial environment
- Experience with training management systems highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills




- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current Driver's Licence, Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical
