About the Role We are looking for a passionate and focused Assistant Venue Manager.
The Applicant Must Be:
Previous management experience, as well as hands on bar and restaurant service experience
Key understanding of dining fusing food, beverage, music and service
Hands on management style
The ability to work as a team player
Exceptional customer service, leadership and motivational skills
Availability to work late nights and weekends
Administrative skills including budgeting, rostering and stock control
Good knowledge of OLGR and industry regulations
Personal qualities that will also be advantageous in your application are:-
