We're recruiting on behalf of a specialist IT services business that works covering IT support, cloud, telephony and cybersecurity.

The Role

A hands on role for someone who's comfortable in a fast moving warehouse or stores environment and wants to own the inventory and logistics function for a busy IT business. You'll be receiving, tagging and dispatching hardware, managing stock levels, coordinating couriers and keeping systems updated accurately. This role involves regular lifting and moving of heavy boxes of IT equipment, that's a genuine part of the day.

What You'll Be Doing

Receive, tag and log incoming hardware against the correct ticket in HaloPSA

Manage stock levels, run inventory checks and keep records accurate across systems

Organise outbound shipments and couriers - pickups, deliveries and follow-up on any issues





Keep internal teams updated on delivery status, backorders and delays

Maintain the stores and dispatch area - organised, tidy and practical to work in

Support general office coordination as needed

What You'll Bring

Background in warehousing, stores, inventory management or logistics - this is the priority

Comfortable lifting and moving heavy boxes of IT equipment daily

Valuable attention to detail and a habit of following through on tasks

Familiarity with HaloPSA, a PSA or CRM system - an advantage but not essential
