The role
Based at one of our Eastern Suburbs or Inner Sydney stores, you'll work alongside your Store Manager to help lead the team and drive store performance.
You'll be responsible for:
- Coaching and motivating your team
- Driving sales and store KPIs
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Merchandising and maintaining excellent store standards
- Stock and inventory management
- Supporting recruitment and team development
- Taking ownership when the Store Manager isn't there
About you
You'll ideally have:
- 2+ years' retail leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong people and customer service skills
- Commercial awareness and an interest in driving results
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the floor
- The ability to motivate and develop a team
- Ambition to progress into Store Management
- Australian working rights
Hardware experience isn't essential. We welcome strong retail leaders from supermarkets, automotive, electrical, pet, trade and other customer-focused retailers.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone ambitious who wants to grow with the business.
