We’re looking for an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join the leadership team at our Kotara store.

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team, drive commercial results, and deliver the exceptional in-store experience Adore Beauty is known for.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering day-to-day store operations with energy and precision




- Coaching and developing team members to create a fun, positive and performance-driven environment
- Delivering exceptional in-store experiences through customer-first service
- Managing stock, merchandising, and promotional execution
- Driving results while keeping team culture front and centre

Who You Are

- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, ideally at Assistant Store Manager level
- Experience in beauty or fashion retail is highly regarded
- Hands-on and confident leading from the floor in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong understanding of customer service, stock management, and driving sales performance
- A supportive and accountable leader who leads by example, builds team capability, and brings a results-driven mindset
