Sushi Room in Brisbane's James Street precinct is seeking talented kitchen roles to join a premium dining team. Located in the heart of James Street, Sushi Room is known for exceptional produce, precision and an intimate dining experience.

We’re recruiting Commis Chefs, Chefs de Partie and Sous Chefs who are passionate about outstanding food and delivering consistently high standards. Full training in Japanese cuisine is available where needed.
