Optimum Health Solutions is seeking a recent graduate Developmental Educator for its NSW South Coast clinics in Nowra or Batemans Bay. You will deliver early childhood intervention to children aged 0–9 across clinic, home, and community settings, with a structured New Graduate Program offering regular mentoring and supervision.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team with allied health professionals and maintain NDIA/NDS compliant records.
