Experienced Recruitment Resourcer – Labour Hire Division (North West Melbourne)
Do you have previous experience working as a recruitment resourcer? or at a high volume call centre looking at taking that next step in your career? This is your chance to step into recruitment and thrive in a fast-paced, hands‑on role within our labour hire division.
Location: Western & Northern Suburbs of Melbourne
Type: Office-based role
Start Time Flexibility: Between 6am and 9am, depending on business needs
Your Role Will Include:
- Conducting candidate screening
- Conducting interviews - including functional assessments
- Managing and confirming rosters
- Administration duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a recruitment role or call centre/customer service roles
- Solid relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding communication skills
- Flexibility to work across various industries and locations
- Willingness to travel between North and Western suburbs of Melbourne
