Connective Services Group is seeking two Support Coordinators to join our team in Perth and regional Western Australia. The roles are part time to full-time with flexible, autonomous working arrangements and a focus on quality outcomes for participants.

You'll coordinate supports with participants, families and carers, navigate complex systems and help people reach their goals. NDIS experience is welcome but not essential, with training provided and access to leadership.
