About us

Wingate Avenue Children's Co-op is a community-focused, not-for-profit early learning service. We believe qualifications and experience are important, but attitude, relationships and a genuine love for working with children matter just as much.

We are looking for someone who is warm, positive and collaborative; who has patience, understanding and respect for diversity; and for whom inclusion is an everyday part of their practice. Someone who values every child and family for who they are, enjoys building meaningful relationships and genuinely wants to contribute to our team and community.
